June speaker

June Pat Knoechel will be in Kokomo at Ivy Tech Alumni Hall on Wednesday, June 25, (a month where the time and day is different) for a presentation on her new book, and she always has hints and descriptions of how to make her newly designed quilts.  She will be at Ivy Tech at 6:30 pm and all are welcome to attend.  She is the sister of Eleanor Burns, a well-known quilter, book writer and TV personality.   She has been a speaker many times and is awesome and quite popular.

Attending in July with Linda Gray--

Dallas Reed has many award-winning quilts displayed in quilt shows, has humorous quilting stories and has authored many poems pertaining to quilting.  He is an outstanding and humorous speaker.  He will be presenting a workshop on Tuesday before his evening presentation.  In his workshop the day of the meeting, participants will have access to over 700 fabric pieces for the project "Trash Can Surprise", a truly scrappy quilt top.
