Quilts Along the Wildcat 2009
Kokomo Piecemakers Quilt Guild's 2nd BiAnnual Quilt Show

The Quilts Along the Wildcat Official Banner was made and designed by Nancy Allman.  In addition to this, Nancy's Challenge Quilt from the 2007 Show was chosen to base the design of the 2009 Quilt Show Pin.  It will be available for purchase at the Quilt Show.

QUILT TURNING PRESENTATION

Our Quilts Along the Wildcat Quilt Show scheduled for June 5 and 6, 2009, will have two demonstrations each day at 11 am and 3 pm of the popular Bed Turning presentation! See antique quilts as they were meant to be seen--on a bed. As you view each beautiful quilt, you will learn the stories behind the quilts, the lives of the quilters and the techniques used to create these coverlets of cloth and comfort.

Silent Auction

Marry Morrow is chairman of the Silent Auction.  She has asked that members donate any quilted item or items similar to this.  If you have questions, please call Marry.  The more we have donated, the more money we can make to support our next show and our Guild.
We would like items that can be auctioned by themselves or perhaps in a "basket" type of item.  We will be showing some possibilities in upcoming meetings and would appreciate any items you might donate.    Different items will be displayed on Friday and Saturday.  You will place your bid and address.  Bidding will stop at 3:00 pm each day.  You can pick up your item between 3 and 5 pm.  Thanks for all your help.  If you leave your phone number, we will call you if you "win" the item or you may wish to have someone pick up and pay for the item if you are unable to be at the show between 3 and 5 pm either day.
